  • What's in the contract?

    Our promise to deliver an outstanding service, an outline of the package we have agreed upon, our privacy policy, your agreement to pay and when you will be charged.

  • How do I get started?

    We will have an initial phone call or video chat to discuss your requirements, we’ll then suggest a package we think would work best with your workload or upcoming project.

    1. If you decide on our Expresso package, no contract will need to be signed. You will be sent an invoice for the $75 deposit and once this is paid we will commence work.

    2. For our weekly A La Carte, Professional and Premium Retainers, you will be sent a contract outlining all the finer details of our initial conversation, once this is paid we will commence work

  • How VD records and manages time?

    We use Toggl to track our time on tasks. You will be provided with a report either at the end of your project or at the time of billing.

  • How does VD communicate?

    It’s easy to stay in touch with so many fantastic online tools on offer. We suggest to our clients either email or Slack as the best option to stay in touch throughout the day/project but we are always available over the phone or via video chat.

  • How do I pay?

    All payments can be made by bank transfer, our billing details are included on our invoices.

    • Expresso Package | A $75 (1 hour) deposit must be made at the commencement of job, full payment will be billed once the job is complete.

    • Weekly A La Carte & Professional Retainers | Billed two weeks in advance.

    • Premium Package | Full payment will be required prior to the commencement of the 40-hour contract.

  • How to cancel my contract?

    If for any reason you no longer require our services, you can cancel as outlined below.

    • Expresso Package | We require written notice if you would like to cancel the job. If work has commenced then the $75 deposit will be non-refundable.

    • Weekly A La Carte & Professional Retainers | We require two weeks written notice to cancel your contract.

    • Premium Package | If the work has commenced a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken from your package amount and the rest will be refunded to your chosen account.

  • Does VD ever sub-contract services?

    There may be tasks that we require assistance from experts outside of our knowledge base. If this is the case, we will inform you and get on with the work with no extra cost to you.
